Restaurant & Café Website Design — $299, Paid After Delivery

We build your venue’s website first. You see it finished. Only then do you pay.
No deposit. No lock-in contract. If it misses the brief we agreed in writing, you don’t pay at all.

Hospitality only · Every price published · $0 upfront · No lock-in

The price, before you ask for it

Most agencies won’t tell you what a venue website costs until you’ve sat through a sales call. Here is ours.

$299 USD

One-time. Not monthly. Paid after you approve the finished site.

  • Menus, gallery, events and opening hours
  • Booking, call and WhatsApp buttons that work on a phone
  • Google Maps and directions built in
  • Mobile-first — because that is where your guests decide
  • Fast, secure, and set up so Google can find you
  • Your content, your photos, your brand — not a template with your name on it

How “pay after delivery” actually works

1 · We agree the brief

A short conversation about your venue, then everything we’re building written down and agreed. No vague promises.

2 · We build it

You pay nothing at this stage. No deposit. We do the work first and carry the risk.

3 · You review it finished

Not a mockup or a sketch. The real, working site, checked against the brief we agreed.

4 · Then you decide

Matches the brief? You pay $299 and it goes live. Doesn’t? You walk away owing nothing.

Built by someone who has run a venue

Most web designers will build you something that looks good and misses the point. They’ve never watched a Tuesday service die quietly, or taken a booking call during a rush, or needed the menu changed by Friday because the supplier let you down.

We work only in hospitality. A Diploma in Hospitality Management and running my own venue taught me what a quiet week actually costs — and which parts of a website turn someone browsing on their phone into someone sitting at your table.

Questions venue owners ask

What does a restaurant website cost?

Ours is $299 USD, one time, paid after the site is finished and approved. Many agencies charge thousands of dollars for a venue website and ask for a deposit before starting. We publish our price because you shouldn’t need a sales call to find out what something costs.

Why is $299 so much cheaper than other agencies?

We work entirely online, we carry no office, and we build hospitality websites repeatedly — which makes us fast at it. We have also removed the risk for you rather than pricing it in: you see the finished site before you pay for it.

What if I don’t like the finished website?

Then you don’t pay. We agree the brief in writing before anything is built, and you check the finished site against it. If it misses the brief, you owe nothing and you walk away. The risk sits with us, not you.

Do you need to visit my venue?

No. We work from your photos, your menu, your brand details and a conversation about how your venue runs. Everything is delivered online, wherever you are.

How long does it take?

Most venue websites are finished and ready for you to review within 30 days of the brief being agreed. Urgent openings and event deadlines — tell us and we’ll say honestly whether we can meet them.

Do I own the website afterwards?

Yes. It’s your site, your domain and your content. There is no lock-in contract and you are not tied to us for hosting, changes or anything else.

Do you work with cafés, bars and pubs too?

Yes — restaurants, cafés, bars, pubs, nightclubs, beach clubs and hotels. Hospitality and tourism venues only. That’s the whole business.

Start with a free venue review

Before we talk about building anything, I’ll look at your website, your social media and your Google listing myself — by hand, not with an automated report — and tell you what’s actually costing you bookings.

No cost. No obligation. No sales call.
